Description
What state is this team in? Retool? Start of a Rebuild? Trying to compete? It feels like this team is constantly in the middle of the pack in their division so what’s it going to take to tip them for better and compete or for worse and blow it up?

Vancouver has a lot of wingers so i’m wondering who’s on the trade block? What do you guys value them at? Let me know

I think the most likely to be in order on the trade block there would be Garland, Beauvillier, Boeser, and Mikheyev. As for value for them, i could see them being moved either in a cap dump or for a guy in a different position that has a decent cap hit as well (i.e. Ryan Strome for Boeser or Garland maybe)

I wouldn’t, Boeser is younger and has higher upside, he costs a little more but he has less term if I recall

Canucks could trade these guys for a 1st and you would have some people saying too much and others saying not enough. The easiest one is Beauviller, he’s a rental, if he’s on a 50-55pt pace, at half retained he’s worth a 1st, Garland it depends when you’re trading for him, Canucks aren’t in a cap crunch any more so he has positive value and the closer you get to the cap jump the more he will cost because he is a reasonably priced player, he just doesn’t have a surplus value contract

Mikheyev, I think Patty wants to hold on with all his might, he is in an interesting spot, where he is a PK guy who is the fastest player in the league. However he is coming off of an injury, I think he would be worth a 2nd at this point, but if he returns to form he could be worth a good young player.
