Vlasic will play despite people's dislike for him.

Vlasic should still play, but should sit out some games to give the younger guys more playing time to develop. I don't dislike Vlasic, just his contract. He was awesome in San Jose for a long time, but hasn't been good for at least the last 4 years. Once perhaps the best shutdown D man in the NHL, today he's a 3rd pairing D at best. Now his role should be to help develop the next generation of Sharks D. To me that includes being scratched sometimes so they can get ice time. He won't retire, can't be traded, and we have way too many LD on the bubble. Something has to give.
