So, a while back, Carolina traded Erik Karlsson to Colorado. Now, on Carolina's page, it says they got for Tyson Barrie. But on Colorado's page, it says they got Karlsson for Beauchemin and a 2017 4th round pick. Doesn't add up to me, what do you think?


There are 2 Erik Karlssons in the league. That Colorado one is an AHL winger

Eliis and a 5th Van 18 for Zaitsev and Hyman might get it done... Bozak we would need to add... which to me is kinda silly

I would look at Bozak pre Marner. That line had some crazy chemistry. Marner just made that line unreal

I would go for it, we can get Max Domi and a 1st out of him, and in my opinion, Domi has the potential to be much greater than Hoffman

I like Domi. I really do. But he hasn't shown true prowess with Arizona yet. So id be a little wary to trade a proven talent

I say we can get a lot more. JVR will cost a lot next year, Zaitsev will get better, not sure if he'll be better than Ellis, Hyman is only a 3rd line player really

We have Marleau in FA that I think would give us an immediate boost. Also trying to get something in the works for Zetterberg or Little

Then we could probably get more (I was thinking Pageau and/or another first round pick (conditional, we only get it if he scores less than 45 points)), which might make up for the uncertainty

I don't love Eberle. Or Stepan tbh... we do need the cap for Darling, Marleau and Weber

the picks truly suck... not really what I'm looking for as I think we are in a win now mode
