I'll be curious to see how things shake out. I've been pushing for Puustinen to get a real long look in the top six. I thought Nylander looked OK, but I'd like to see Puustinen get a shot next to Geno

I think the plan is to keep Acciari at 4C with Carter at RW.

Interesting. Some questions:

1. Where will Pittsburgh finish in the ranking?

2. What will most likely be the PP?

3. Who is likely to have a breakout year or who will surprise in terms of point production? Who is advantaged by the line combinations?

4. Who is likely to have a bad year in point production?

5. How many games each goalie is likely to play?

1. I would love to be optimistic but realistically I see us just missing out again on the playoffs.

2. Tanger and EK65 should both be at the point when on the top unit with Sid, Geno, and Jake (Rakell while Jake is out) up front.

3. My hope is either O’Connor, Puustinen, or Nylander have a breakout year. All of them should get a fair chance.

4. Carter is the clear candidate to continue to slump. I also am not an Eller fan and I expect him to be a flop signing.

5. Obviously we all want Jarry to play but we also have to be realistic that he has a good chance of picking up an injury again. I think we will see Ned and Hellberg in goal for at least a combine 30 games.

Injuries are by far my biggest concern. Tanger and EK both have their histories. Geno and Sid both playing 82 again seems almost impossible. I’m also hoping Jake’s injury doesn’t nag him throughout the season.
