Let’s see if Mang is any better of a fit at 1RW. Would like to see Ruzicka & Coronato be given an opportunity at 1RW as well, but the BEST 1RW option imo is Nazem Kadri

I’d like to see Coleman play back at Centre to see what that looks like as well

That'd be interesting. I guess he's gelled a lot with Backlund but definitely they should shake it up and try things out. Backlund with Coronato seems like a good pair too, similar to Backlund-Tkachuk

Kinda crazy how it's so hard to a fit for the $5M+ players. I've always been a fan of Kadri but has under-utilized his line mates since he joined the Flames. Mostly trying the breakout wide and when he can beat out the D, he just tosses up a lazy pass. Definite mismatch with linemates. Possibly they should try him with Sharangovich (seems to always create space receive a pass) and Duehr (crash the net).

Kadri’s a lone wolf who needs wingers to cover him defensively and retrieve pucks for him. Sharangovich, Mangiapane and Coleman are ideal Wingers for Kadri (Ruzicka & Dube not so much), but I think he’d produce even more and play similar to Tkachuk did for the Flames at RW next to Lindholm; which includes helping the Top Line with Zone Entries. Huberdeau & Kadri look good together on the Power Play, so I say load up that Top Line

Alternatively, Huberdeau should go back to playing with Backlund with Mangiapane or Coronato at RW

You get the Backlund Bump when playing next to him. Coronato would be good with Dube as Backlund’s Wingers, but so would Dube & Mangiapane or Sharangovich & Mangiapane. And we know Mang-Backlund-Coleman has been a great line together, so you can always go back there

There’s definitely lots of line combination options possible, but getting Huberdeau to rebound to a 1.00PPG+ Player and finding a new 1RW needs to be the priority imo. I don’t think that’s Sharangovich, so try Mang, but also try Coronato & Ruzicka there too
