Sharks don't have 2 retention spots. Otherwise this is a good deal for the Sharks and a bad one for the Oilers.

Sturm and Ferraro are character guys, though.

Don’t retain on Sturm and you still should be good cap wise. Ferraro is the type of guy that can bring a lot for the playoffs and hes solid. At 1.625 for 3 more years, would be the price to pay. He’s also the type of guy who team overpay at the deadline to have
