All those probably fly both ways.
Some might say overpayment for Frost, but if Philly is moving him (and they aren;t), its a highest bidder case. Frost scored 46 pts on a team that couldn;t score with two of its top 6 forwards out for the year, Farabee floundered and Koneckny missed 20 games. Hes just 24 yrs old and signed for 2 yrs at 2.1mil, theres not many youngsters with that promise as cheap even available for a team like Toronto who wants production/help NOW. He's only available because Couturier has come back almost 100% and both Foerster and Brink have made the team
The leafs 1st is very late in the 1st round of a pretty top heavy/weak draft, Hirvonen is a very hit and miss small/non physical LW and probably a midlevel prospect in most team's systems, the 3rd in 2025 is late in the round and Philly is only taking Jarnkrot to make it work for Toronto, they have a ton of wingers, alot younger and similar vets, so Jarnkrot is almost a cap dump, as he carries little (even negative) value TO PHILLY.
AJ Greer is not as good as Jarnkrot, but hes a nice physical 4th liner who has great ice sense and makes the smart play and he makes league minimum. Like Gregor, two solid mid-late 20 yr olds who are solid both ways.
Timmins value is probably about right. Multiple injuries and 4th team in 5 yrs for a guy who has alot of the tools, but lacks the tool box, good offensive instincts but poor defensively.
