I got nothing against Xhekaj but this is probably as good as he will ever be while Holloway could easily be a 50+ point guy if Woodcroft actually decided to play him

Same with me, nothing against Wifi but there is a very large talent gap between the two players

Kraken trade is kind of an overpayment and I'd rather just go after Eberle in the offseason for 3.5-4 million.

Agreed talent gap makes it nearly impossible for Montreal to turn down. I think Wifi could be more value able to Edmonton in a pacific division playoff series. Vegas and/or LA tough physical series.

One of Edmontons biggest strengths is toughness. Between Kane, Desharnais, Nurse, Hyman, Drai, Ekholm and Mcdavid we seem pretty set. Our biggest gap outside of top-4 RD is probably talent in the middle 6 so Holloway is needed for depth scoring. Maybe Bourgault or Lavoie would be a better piece to move since they don't seem to have much room to grow in Edmontons system?

best we can do is Holloway for Harvey-pinard and thats a stretch too
