Description

Trying to go for a Neal for Hornqvuist esque trade. Jake is undoubtedly the best player in the deal but Jeannot may be just the player the pens have been drastically missing since hornqvuist fell off a cliff. Paul would be a great third liner for what our bottom six is trying to accomplish plus isnt a total liability in the offensive end. Pair this with a different HC and i think we can make a really nice bounce back this season. Nylander can be replaced with White, Hinostoza, or even POJ but i think he is the best of the 4.

Hagel is much better defensively doesn't take shifts off. I'm not trusting ADB to not get disinterested and lazy again like he did in Ottawa anyway. They best predictor of future actions is past behaviors.

Could have gone after guys like Chychrun, Bert, ROR and Acciari etc. for less

Don't need Chychrun, Hagel is better and 4 years younger than Bert, ROR is going to be 33 mid season I'll definitely take Hagel thank you..

No, it's not... As like you said, Hagel will be making more than Bert, cost twice as much and is a similar player in terms of value to a team... Neither are stars but a very good supporting cast players

Not really, as he was lacking in things like face-offs, blocked shots, GAE, etc.

So your saying the Selke should go to the best defensive center most wings don't take many Face-offs top PK fourth in the league in take-aways fourth!!

He's a wing forget faceoffs these analytics are subjective who's determining what's an "expected goal" there were analytics when TB sent Myers down last year that said he was their best defenseman. So, I take all analytics with a bit more than a grain of salt.
