He's been there since 2014. The fact they haven't fired him somehow is driving me insane he should have been gone like 5-6 years ago

Not a chance lol. Why would we help out one of our biggest competitors in the pacific for less than a first when he still has 2 years under 800k

Absolutely not, Thompson has arguably the best contract in the NHL as a legit #1 goalie making league min. Not only would Vegas not help a division rival, the package is horrible. Broberg is a bust who can't crack the NHL roster in year 5, and a late 2nd isn't worth much.
