As crazy as this is going to sound.

I think this is bad for the Canes. They'd have to be the ones paying him 10-12m on his next contract.

And I think they would get better upgrades from moving Pecse on his own.

Thats a no from Edmonton, not enough, and they would want a goalie if any trade is going down
