Subtracting Brodie from the leafs doesn't make a tonne of sense though. Kinda of a lateral move finding a slightly better partner for Rielly with Tanev and then the depth really falls off.

Zadorovs a great add, but that entire bottom four looks like it's made of bottom 6 guys.

You should just target Tanev right now and dump Klingberg. Push Brodie down and stablize some of those more questionable guys.

Calgary would be able to play Zadorov up, try and squeeze more value out of him.

I’m valuing Tanev at a first (Minten), and dumping Klingberg at a first as well. Brodie and Minten is about a neutral swap after considering the cap it frees up. From what I heard Treliving likes Zadorov and doesn’t favour Brodie’s value for his cost so it’s about a wash
