As stated in the other thread, usually the season starts with a handful of teams that both overachieve and underachieve, and it's usually somewhere around the 25/30 game mark that things level out.

Now, in terms of Tampa and Pittsburgh, they're already on the cusp of being back in the race, but it's still not comfortable for each team.
