danault is like a younger cheaper version of johanson. Weber is obviously going to stack an already strong D. and Shaws style of game fits right in with nashvilles play style. (please ignore awful grammar) (too lazy to be punctual today) You obviously sending away a lot of talent. But i think in the long run it could work out well for them.

Johansen > Dannault
Arvidsson > Shaw
Ekholm > Weber (Strictly for cap reasons)

Then why not
Danault>Johansen (for cap reasons)
Shaw > Arvidsson (for cap reasons)
Weber>Ekholm (cuz Weber is a good #1 d man and Ekholm is for some reason made out to be better than he is since he gets 3 goals and 21 pts a year)

Lollllllllll

I don't if you ever seen Danault played? Because he is a third line center but if you want to give us johansen..we could take him?

This is a horrible trade for Nashville. Weber is gone and Nashville had their best season.. They will continue to move forward. Also Jagr will get closer to $3M if he plays and thats probably why no one is looking at him yet. Fisher would play for $2M if it meant he could play hockey in Nashville. Its not about money for him (obviously)

They didnt have their best season because weber was gone. They had their best season because they got hot at the right time. Jagr is probably worth the money. Danault spent a lot of time centering the first line in montreal so i wouldnt necessarily consider him a 3C. He is very capable of centering a top line. You can disagree with the trade, doesnt necessarily mean its a "bad" trade. Im not even a preds fan, i just think it would be a better move in the long run. Use the cap space you save from losing johansen and arvidsson and go get driasaitl or however you spell it lol.

Then why not
Danault>Johansen (for cap reasons) Johansen will hardly break the bank with his next contract
Shaw>Arvidsson (for cap reasons) Shaw makes more money than Arvidsson lol
Weber>Ekholm (cuz Weber is a good #1 d man and Ekholm is for some reason made out to be better than he is since he gets 3 goals and 21 pts a year) Imagine thinking points determine who a good defenseman is
