So are you hoping that 25-26 season will be the real push for an all in scenario? This teams forward group has 2 guys that can stand in front of net JT and Knies. Brodie shouldn't be back unless it's a one year deal so next season when the UFA defense market is strong, leafs will let him walk. Leafs shouldn't pay Willie that much it keeps the team in the same situation that all the money tied up in a few forwards and the rest of the team is duct taped together.
