That Nylander contract is gross. Flames definitely don't offer him that.

Lindholm also doesn't consider that and will easily get 8M+ in free agency

I do NOT see Lindholm getting THAT big a bump - but if he can get that kind of money - ok - np - CGY does NOT sign Montour then - signs a less expensive D instead. roster remains the same.

Calgary won't be signing any big UFA's this summer. They are doing a rebuild

You undervalue Lindholm. He will probably get the same contract as Scheifele. He's a fantastic 2-way supporting center
