While I agree their prospect pool is better, players like McEneny. Brisebois, DiPietro, Lind, Lockwood, Zhukenov, & McEwan will still be in Utica developing.
Can only buy out so many players, still need experience vets like Tanev, Markstom, Sutter and Gagner on roster. Maybe possible Eriksson is traded.

I was only trying to lay out the prospect depth with some of our other current young players. It wasn't to show a particular year's lineup. I'm sure there are a number of these guys that will never see the NHL, but there's enough of them with promise that could make the jump at some point in depth roles. Besides our higher picks, I'm especially hopeful that Gaudette, Lind, and Palmu turn into useful NHLer's.
