I keep looking into new trades but coming back to this one. I think it makes the most sense and is realistic.

Do you see St. Louis having interest in Kuzmenko?
In my opinion I don’t.

I think I’d prefer Lindholm so they could keep the Lotto line together, but they couldn’t re-sign him unless they let Zadorov walk or Petey took a discount which it doesn’t seem like he wants to do.

e.g Petey 4 x 10, Lindholm 7 x 8

He’s only 27 and 1 year removed from a 39 goal season, maybe they think he can get back to that form with a new coach? Neither of us know but I think this is a lot of value heading their way and helps with a re-tool/re-build…

Those assets more in line to get Guentzel. Wouldn’t pay that for an inconsistent Buch.

You’re getting 2 playoff runs with a two-way PPG winger.

I doubt the Blues would put too much value on Kuzmenko, but if it’s a salary transaction out of necessity I don’t see why they’d have a problem bringing him in.

I just don’t see a situation in which they’d be interested in Bruscewitz. They picked a different style of defensemen literally a pick before him last season.

Buchnevich is the better player…
