Edmonton gain cap space long term. They get a #4-5 LD for a few years. They get a middle 6 girtty winger as a rental.

San Jose gets a 1st + 2nd + 2 higher end prospects (whose values have decreased this year) and they take on Campbells cap hit.

Edmonton hangs up the phone. Then throws phone into a pit of acid. Sorry but the equivalent of three 1sts isn’t worth it to dump 3.8M x 3 years of Cap. We could just buy him out and still get cap savings which is what we plan to do if he doesn’t just end up playing with us again (which is the latest rumor)

We also have no use for LD. And only marginal interest in the Duke.

oilers say no. too much assets to dump 3.8 million for the next 3 years, and the only upgrade the oilers will make on D is for ceci. Desharnais is a execllent 3rd pair guy considering he makes less than league min this year. Prying duclair out of there would be nice, but not at the cost of holloway or broberg

Thumbs up since you were willing to admit Broberg and Holloway have lost some luster this year. Some of your fellow fans are trying to tell us that Broberg is tearing up the AHL so his NHL failures dont matter
