Either way it would be entertaining. Either NJD destroyed their cap for a goalie that isn't worth it. Or NYR let their Vezina winning goalie cross into jersey and makes NYR's life hell for years.

I'm here for absolute chaos and I love this situation either way.

I don’t think it would make Rangers life hell at all. They probably know how to score on him and the Rangers have the greatest goalie coach and can find a replacement

That would be awesome! Imagine spending that kind of cap on him! Helle just signed for 8.5 who has a far greater resume and look, he’s doing it again. NJ spending 10+ on shesty would be perfect
