Don't think Toronto is giving up any assets to get Carter Hart. Right now Carter is on a leave of absence as he and 4 wjc teammates are being investigated by the London Police. No way anything is considered until that is resolved.

I dont mind the trades but the costs always seem to be the same old Leaf fan disposables. If the Leafs were the only team those prices might be about right, but because this is a competitive landscape there is literally NO WAY, Bennet goes for that. If Bennet was available (which he isn't) other teams would line up to get the guy, making your proposal, which isn't terrible, just not realistic, moot. You have to give to get. So for Bennet (if he was available and he isn't), it would start with something like two firsts and Knies. Hope that helps.
