Seattle declines.

Borgen is better than Perunovich and is a Right Shot D on top of that. Hayden for Bitten is a wash perhaps although Hayden has more NHL experience. I don't think Sundqvist is worth a 3rd rounder either, but if you're picking up Borgen, you'd need to drop the 3rd going to St. Louis and St. Louis probably needs to be sending a 2nd instead.
