Is VAN still looking to add this year to the top 6? Would a retained Guentzel be of any interest? Just asking, playing around with an ACGM and looking for VAN fan input.

MY opinion is up front maybe a depth bottem six tougher player for the playoffs.On defense a depth RD.again just my opinion.

Interesting, okay. I was toying around with a Guentzel (PIT) retained and Jan Rutta (SJS) to VAN and the only outgoing salary being Garland. Givani Smith (SJS) would fit in with that as well but he's still IR.

Garland has become a keeper.He drives play on his line and has become an important part of the team.Again just my opinion.

That's fair, just figured salary wise would be the easiest for VAN to move and Guentzel would be a solid upgrade. 3rd line would be a Blueger/Suter/Hoglander (just a potential) or Laff mixed in there, still a pretty solid 3rd line and much cheaper. Seems like Garlands 5 mil could be spread a little more throughout the lineup for this year at least, my outsiders opinion only though I suppose. VAN would be (and currently is) a very dominant team entering the playoffs.

Bertuzzi. Thats your dream addition? He's on one of the highest scoring teams on the league and he has 6 goals???? Paaaaassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
