Jets fans will come at you. Our second should be enough for Savard, but I don’t think Winnipeg needs him.

As for Guentzel, Lambert, a first and another piece on top of Appleton should be enough

the pens do not accept.
They need a better prospect back than Lambert.
I don't think WPG has the pieces.

PIT will resign Jake if they don't get fair value. It doesn't really matter to them if they have him on the books for the rebuild. They have to spend to cap minimum anyway.

A better prospect than Lambert? Good luck with that

Pens pass. This trade all quantity over quality.

1st, 2nd, A-Prospect and someone like Appleton

He's not an A-Prospect. McGroarty is the only acceptable choice.

McGroarty is a good prospect but the issue with him is he's 2nd year NCAA. He probably returns NCAA next season. Which means 1 year out to FA.
I wouldn't do that.
They need someone back on the trade, not someone who might choose not to be part of the rebuild and hit the open market.

Its really difficult working with NCAA players in that regard. If they are already 2 years in and planning on returning for a 3rd, then all they have to do is stay 1 more year to control their own path.
The penguins had that issue with Caulfield. They should have signed him early, they did not. He walked. Now he's developing well with ANA. He looks like he'll be a regular bottom 6, and the Pens could have used that.

Jake isn't getting move and you're wrong. Rentals of Jake's level get them. You don't get one of the most consistent goal scorers in the NHL for so so or even B level prospects. Get a clue.

I don't give a crap if he fits the Jets needs or not. I'm responding to this JETS AGM, doofus.

When Giroux was traded to FLA, Philly got Tippet.

Being drafted 10th overall will tend to do that.

Correct, there's more to it, but you clearly won't agree with anything I present to you regardless, so I'm not wasting my time putting any more effort in than the obvious.

Well I asked you to name one A prospect traded for a rental you can't really say Tippet was an A prospect especially at the time of trade definitely wasn't seen as such then you tried to say it was based off draft position?

I mean, I absolutely can he was an A-Prospect because he was. We're at the point where I could name any single a-prospect for a rental and you'll crap on it and you know it, so don't even try to act like you'll be reasonable.

Owen Tippett was not an A prospect, he was in fact seen as a bust by most people at the time of the trade
