2015 draft: Dermott #34 L, Nielsen #65 L
2016 draft: Greenway #72 L, Middleton #101 L
2017 draft: Liljegren #17 R, Rasanen #59 R
All decent, lots of big bodies in there.


Rielly was 2012 #5 for reference, and played in the NHL at draft+1 but really took until draft+2 to get going.
Similarly where forwards leave after 2 years of NCAA, it really takes 4 years for D before they're NHL ready.
2019 should be a big step forward for the Leafs, when they can start taking runs at the conference or stanley cup finals.
