Literally no reason to trade Whitecloud away for peanuts, absolutely horrendous trade. Florida is the only team that can sign Reinhart for 8 years and I expect him to sign elsewhere regardless. Can't have that much cap space because of the use of LTIR, but they can make up for that since I expect the rfa's to all make varying amounts more than signed for here as well as Carrier.

I'd take that all day everyday if I'm Calgary but, doesn't really make a ton of sense for VGK
