Pittsburgh and Seattle both decline.

Seattle can get a better deal than that especially with retention.

IMO Pittsburgh declines because of Chytil's concussion history...to much risk to take on knowing he is one hit away from never playing in the league again. Also Trivigno has no value.

Rangers giving up so much for one year of Guentzel, not a chance they do that.
