The Flyers won't be buyers.....this deal isn't horrible but Philly wants 1st round value and the only thing of value in this deal is a late 2nd. If Vegas wants retention on an already great contract there will need to be more. Either a 1st or a considerably better prospect.

Sharks accept. I was thinking Barabanov could make some sense in Vegas if Stone is out the remainder of the regular season.

Well they aren't going to....unless the GM, team president and the coach are lying to everyone. Which wouldn't be good optics. Could the Flyers look to add a young player with term? Sure but that isn't a deadline trade.

Barabanov to Vegas doesn't work...they can't have two players nicknamed Barbie! Next thing you know there will be two Elias Petterssons in Vancouver, two Sebastian Ahos in the league, and two Jack Hugheses in the league/pipelines! Where does it stop?!
