feels like a good time to remind pens fans that you can be annoyed with Dubas, but look how poorly the previous GM ruined the team in such a short period of time.

Hextall trading McCann over protecting him, then trading Matheson and Marino (those top parings were playing so well) pretty much ruined the team. Everyone he's brought in outside Carter and Rakell is gone and if it was possible Dubas would've moved Carter (can say what you want about him, bad year, but I think any GM would've attempted to resign him as Hextall did).


Hex let guys like Erod walk, and even Gaudreau. Traded Blueger so he could add Granlund (lol)

A real GM would've been able to keep EROD/Blueger/McCann and not trade away Matheson and Marino and then would've had almost $15M to add a few pieces.... (remember $1.5M retained for petry currently).

Dubas is not Hextall pens fans, and he had to try and fix the total f up that was hextall in one summer.
