Do you think, if he calls up Berard that hes getting more than 5 minutes? No. None of these new kids who are just barely wet behind the years are going to play important minutes. Theyre gonna go out there, be stop gaps to give other guys a rest and try to leave a mark. Thats it. Unfortunately there were a bunch of penalties called this game, as well as it being insanely tight, so the amount of minutes they could play was limited.

Still goes back to my original point, they need legit 4th liners for the playoffs that Lavi will use….they cannot have multiple players playing bare minimum

They have them… Vesey and JBrodz. But for now theyre working with what they got. At the very least they know they can slot in Edstrom or Rempe for a game if it calls for it.

They DESPERATELY need a winger for Mika and Kreider. I don’t know what’s up with Mika this year but he’s flaming hot trash. On the 4 minute powerplay, he had 4 turnovers alone lol

Its just the way the Flyers play, but you figure after the first turnover he would make an adjustment or pass it off… nope.

It’s been all season long…there’s definitely something going on with him. The biggest issue is his refusal to shoot. He’s always looking to pass now

Problem is he will only shoot if its perfect. Hes always been like that, but he was far more of a play driver in previous years. Now he looks like a passenger with no driver.

I’d love to see Laffy replace Mika on PP1. Give Mika a wake up call, reset, whatever you wanna call it
