They play in the same division... they aren't rivals per se.

Pens --> caps, flyers
If anything they are secondary rivals

Asking price is 2 firsts or a first and a top flight prospect.
I did a 2025 1st, a conditional 1st and two prospects are are bound to make an nhl impact. I feel it's pretty far and definitely not an overpayment.
