I think these r 2 guys Q won't like and then won't play. Vanek is not defensive enough and word on Franson is he is out of position a lot on D. I like Vanek but lean to Polack over Franson. We clearly need another top 6 guy. Vanek is only UFA left that is close. I like Polack to show forsling and young guys how to dig puck in corners and board battles. Basting a trade I don't see much else out there.

Seeing that Tatar is more then likely taking a one year deal with Detroit, And then bolting to UFA status next summer, Detroit will probably sign Vanek as well from what's being reported out of Detroit any ways.

I think ur right about that. I'd don't see anyone else so Hawks will stand pat.
