Penguins fans much prefer the young players and prospect options from Vancouver. But who knows what the actual market will bear.

You got this from the Athletic article. Pretty sure Ken Holland wrote it bc this is a terrible offer for Pittsburgh. This offer would get smoked by Vegas or Vancouver just with where they'd start negotiations. Easily.
