Depends on what Dubas likes. Only prospect of the Rangers I would take is Perreault. Jones and Othmann are JAGs of no value to me. 2024 draft is weak and Rangers will be late in the 1st.

There's basically zero chance the Rangers are gonna be able to resign Guentzel, I don't think they should be trading Othmann for a rental. If he had term or could easily be resigned then that would be a different story.

I don't think you realize just how much space he'll take up. He's a very good player who's gonna be in for a raise. Even if we buyout Goodrow and don't resign Lindgren(which btw doesn't solve as many problems as you think cause now we need to fill the role of Fox's D partner for cheap), we still won't have enough space.
