Canes. They have no reason to move Fast, and Canes would probably only be willing to give up a 3rd and C level prospect for Tarasenko, if they are even willing to make the move for him at all, which considering what transpired in the offseason, is seemingly unlikely.

Fast, presumably he signed a contract with a NTC in Carolina because he wants to try to win a cup, and likely does not waive to go to the out of the playoffs Senators.
