Wasn’t Faulk also brought in to pretty much replace Pietrangelo? They were already planning to move on from him prior to the Krug signing. Which is never truly understood considering he was the captain and with the Blues his whole career.

But if Walman had stayed would he have developed as he has. After being traded his TOI jumped from 12min to over 17min a game. For the last 2 seasons he has been in the 1st pair averaging almost 20min a game. He and Seider play very well together. Is Leddy really that bad? It could be worse you could be stuck with Chariot and Holl.
