Playing Poulin and Pono up the middle while moving Malkin to Sid’s LW brings some renewed hope that this lineup might actually inspire some pulse. I’m not looking for wins. In fact losses are good so we can get our 1st back. However, just get some of the lifeless crap out of this lineup.

Was Poulin hurt or something? I can't think of another reason why he wouldn't be given a shot over Gruden, Koppanen, etc. Other than blatant mismanagement of course haha
