I'd like to see Lekkerimaki in the NHL next season. I don't believe he needs AHL time considering the way he's performed in the SHL

I've read that his camp will try to use Sergachev's contract (8.5 AAV) as a comparable, and that VAN's initial offer came in around 6.5-6.75. I think if he ends up signing in VAN long term it will be roughly the middle of those. I'm predicting 7.75 because it's just a little under Hughes' AAV.
