pass, if he is healthy he has the value of a 2C, is he is injured he is on LTIR, OTT not trading him for pennies on the dollar

This does very little for Ottawa. It adds ANOTHER expensive, unsuccessful goalie and saves us nothing in cap space.
If Norris is healthy, he contributes. If he's hurt he's on LTIR. We'll hang onto him, thanks.
