Probably not, but EDM is taking a great player on an amazing contract, it wouldn't hurt to sweeten the deal.

Centres are worth more then wingers though and Montreal doesn't really have any good prospects to work with making a push to centre.

I disagree. Russell is a super underrated D who just got signed for 4M so he must be good ... and then RNH is probably better than Gallagher who's mostly out there to frustrate the other team's players.
