I don't see why the Kraken could possibly say no to that.

Cole gets more. Why give Joshua so much money and term? Zadorov has been good but that price tag could make him a negative asset. And why dump a first to move Mikheyev? Not worth the cost.

The team isn't better for all this. You add Reinhart and rush the development of unproven top prospects to make up for the lack of cap space.

Cole shouldn't play more than 50 games next season so no, he shouldn't get more
Joshua is a 30-40 point guy who is near the top of the league in hits. Teams beg and plead for a guy like him. If van doesn't pay him, 31 other teams will.
If not Zadorov, is there a better defenseman that would take less? Maybe Tanev but I like Zadorov's size and age. D-core is scary bad without him.
Mikheyev is useless in van, another team will make him a 30 goal scorer, he is just not a Tocchet type player. Unfortunately it isn't easy to convince any team to take on 4 mil a year for free, hence the low 1st.
Lekkerimaki is a realistic option on the big club, if not, Raty, Aman, PDG are all very willing to grab his spot and let him develop in Abby, same deal with Willander, however, I feel he is going to be an Abby guy for most of the year and Juulsen will play up

all imo, no disrespect

I like Zadorov, but I don't think he's a lock for the top 3-4. At that cap hit it's a risk that he's like Myers lite.

I think someone will pay Cole for his experience. At least double that.

But overall, having a lineup so dependant on rookies while they are right in their window is a no go. They need more depth to allow the young swedes to develop
