Probably a little short on both Necas and Jarvis' AAV, and on Necas' term. Otherwise, it's not bad. Smith and Comtois are unlikely to play in the NHL with Carolina, but some depth replacements in free agency won't cost more so good job.

considering Jarvis is on 3rd line and KK is on 2nd, this is not good

Guentzel-Kuzy or Necas -Necas or Kuzy
Noesen-KK-Fast
Drury-Staal-Comtois or another 4 RW in FA

D lines are fine where they are imo

better, but KK fits really well as a healthy scratch. if not, 4th line is a max

Necas will fetch at least 7,5 to 8M/y
Jarvis is OK for 2 year bridge otherwise he would go fo 7y x-7M
