COL deal doesn't make sense. Cap will go up to $76-77M at a minimum next year, plus you wouldn't have 25 guys on the active roster. That alone frees up an additional $3M cap space relative to what you're showing, which means Stevie Y wouldn't have to include a 1st, 2nd, and 4th rounder to get rid of Callahan (assuming the Killorn deal was done).

Even if he were to make a cap dump, it would never cost that amount.

cant sign Tavares for 8 years it would have to be 7 for term but no way he signs for that amount. stamkos did to help his competitive team stay competitive. that's why they call it a home town discount he's going to cost 10 plus a year and mcdavid only drew the market up.
