Leafs easily decline that trade but yes the caps do need a top line guy to play with ovi because he can’t be expected to drive play. They’ve got lots of young guys who have a lot of talent but they need an elite level guy similar to marner. Reinhart would be the dream add in UFA but I can’t see him leaving Florida.

Canucks decline we didnt sign him for a reason.IMHO.
