Change stamkos to Reinhardt, and add some term, not sure stamkos leaving tb, or if he is Utah not overspending on him, probably out of the middle also and more of a pp specialist later in his career.

Stamkos isn't leaving the East Coast, Hanifin will only sign in a no tax state. And sorry Utah isn't one. Pesce will be seeking a contender as well.

Such a well built team with the restraints of staying at the cap floor, hope if they move, it opens the door for some well timed adds, and retain what they all ready have, and possibly spend to the cap going forward. Stamkos window might be a little short for what is needed here, the team is really only 2/3 players away from being a western power house. Amount of picks there, will force some trading up and or trading for players along with the free agency money, could be looking at a 90s Colorado dynasty type team if it falls right.
