Can't see Detroit doing that.

They're buying time for Cossa.

He'll play another season in Grand Rapids and then be in the NHL in 25-26.

Bergy can be traded if it's the right deal which this isn't.

A few years ago I had some a few co-workers recommend that I apply for a specialty position training new employees. They already were trainers themselves. Funny thing was, everybody that recommended it was lazy, and just didn't want to train new guys. They weren't recommending me because they thought it'd be good for me, they were recommending me because it'd be good for them.

... I say all that to say, I feel the same way when Pens fans post daily threads talking about how good Jarry would be for Detroit.
