Description

Habs currently hold the 5th last spot in the NHL. Who do they draft at 5th overall? I’d take a longer look at Cayden Lindstrom. I think they need a bit size down the middle otherwise Catton might work. Nothing wrong with loading up the D Corps either but there’s a logjam there. How many prospects do the Habs need? They would be wise to use that Jets pick to find a G somewhere. Or draft one. Just a thought.

There aren't many teams with 2 or more 6'3+ top 6 forwards. They don't need to draft for size; Helenius or Demidov would be my choices.

They can draft a G in the last round but i think they have a good prospect in Fowler and Miller.
If Montreal pick 5 or 6 i will look at Cole eiserman
I also think Trevor Connelly is going to be the steal of the draft but due to THE SNAPCHAT PICTURE he will slide

Montreal has some of the best goalie prospects in the league. We are fine in that department, especially with how well Primes and Monty have played this year they can hold the door open for Fowler to take over.

Suzuki - Dach - Beck - Evans is more than enough size down the middle, that said, Lindstrom, Iginla and Demidov seem to be the consensus picks for us Habs fans.
