Curious what markets Mitch would be OK with to leave his beloved home.

If Taylor Hall got a 2nd with an NMC and Tarasenko got a 3rd/4th with an NMC both with full retention, Marner likely secures 50 cents on the dollar.

Does Toronto do a deal even if they lose it? My guess is Marner would want a trade to a contender who can pay him an extension or he just waits to choose them.

Thinking Nashville with Saros, which should free up enough cap room to sign a top defenseman. Could do a similar structure with Boston for Ullmark, but the concept of a star level deal with those two teams seems not plausible.

D looks better, but Goaltending is still suspect/possible weakness. Trade your two firsts (All in) and Easton Cowan and squeeze in Markstrom some how. Ingram = $1.95M/Reaves = $1.3M/exchange Skej for a slightly cheaper alternative
