Description

Gonna get flamed but with Rob Blake ruling out a buyout for PLD, it would make sense to ship him off and acquire the best goalie on the market for their glaring hole in net. They would have to eat salary, and depending on how much they eat, the lesser pick they would have to give. I could easily see it being a 1 for 1 but I’m a homer.

Honestly not sure what Hagues value would be but I think a top prospect with cheap term and a middle round pick would get you in the ballpark.

Other than that Boston locks up it core while only losing Ullmark of value.

Above poster is correct that Ullmark had already veto'd a trade to the Kings, And even so, I want nothing to do whatsoever with PLD and I hope he stays far away from Boston.

He said no Mid season, kids going to school, etc, etc.. Surely he wants to stay around for another season and be a backup. Especially after he was told he was basically not wanted. I don’t live under a rock bro.

During the season where he would be separated from his family and without an extension. Some of the parameters will change on July 1st

Don’t believe Boston does this deal. PLD doesn’t fit their primary need at center, but retention for 7 years is kind of painful.
