Description

Seattle gets a super star 2 way forward and a younger RD.

Leafs get a shut down D man, very good centre/winger, 1st in 2025 and a 2nd in 2026 + cap space and cap flexibility. This trade happens after July 1st, so an extension is in place.

Leafs need more scoring from their D and they needed more higher end guys. I really like this group. They also have Timmins in the AHL here for some more RD scoring.

Clearly Larsson is worth more than Lily though.

Maybe remove the 2nd? or turn McCann into Bjorkstrand.

McCann is a cheap 40 goal guy who can play C, right now Marner is toxic. Can this sway a mile, oh ya….Marnet has a way higher ceiling.

But ya Bjorkstrand, Larsson and the 2cd is fine…or if I am the Leafs I would take…
1st even in 2027, Larsson, Tanev and the Leaf 2cd back
